"I would like to formally address an issue regarding the professionalism at one of your State Farm locations. An agent named Cuong Kha (Chris) has displayed behavior that I found to be unprofessional, dismissive, and discourteous. His attitude and lack of customer care made my experience at this location uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Customer service is a key part of any organization, especially one that represents trust and reliability like State Farm. Unfortunately, this interaction did not reflect those values. I hope this matter is taken seriously and reviewed appropriately, as such behavior affects not only individual customers but also the overall reputation of the office."
